Graham has, once again, run the Helsby Four Villages Half Marathon.

He is raising money for Halton Haven Hospice in Runcorn, which provides first class care for many in the region. If you wish to donate, please do so via their website here.

He ran the 13.1 miles in 2 hours 9 minutes. Shamefully, a full 2 minutes slower than last year. Graham, who is preparing to run the London Marathon later this year, will need to put in more effort into his training if he is going to be able to complete the full 26 miles 385 yards.

A breathless Graham commented: “I must be getting old. Slower than last year, how embarrassing!”
